Planning Consent at Hawke Ridge Business Park
HPH confirm that phase two of the £50 million Hawke Ridge Business Park will begin next year. Detailed Planning Consent was given to the site’s first four business units this month. The units vary in size from 7,500sq ft to 36,000 sq ft. with a total area of 67,500 sq ft.
HPH have experienced rising local market demand and this Planning Consent will enable fast delivery of units in an area with a dwindling supply.
HPH has already invested more than £2 million in the scheme. First Phase ground works, which were completed in September, included a new roundabout, access roads and signage. The company has also spent money on landscaping and new bus stops.
Eventually the 35-acre scheme near Westbury will be home to 500,000 sq.ft. of commercial space and could support approximately 1,000 jobs.
