A rare opportunity has come to market in Westbury at the town’s successful Woodland Industrial Estate.

Over the past two years, owner HPH Commercial Property has invested heavily in the estate on Eden Vale Road, renovating and modernising over 60,000 sq ft of commercial space to suit a range of businesses. From 750 sq ft single units to larger, fully equipped warehouses of over 12,000 sq ft, the range of premises suits a wide cross section of local employers.

Now HPH is marketing a commercial unit of 5,511 sq ft with fully refurbished offices and part mezzanine, as well as 12 allocated parking spaces and a rear service yard.

Woodland Industrial Estate has become a thriving business hub in the town due to its central location, enabling walking and cycling to work, good transport links, quality energy efficient business accommodation with quality landscaping and good connectivity. A range of successful businesses including Paper Bag Co, Top Drill, Broad Lane Land Rovers, Prezola, Allstar Fitness gym, Westbury Building Supplies and Safari Removals have based their operations there.

In total 21 businesses employ approximately 80 people at the estate.

Lindsay Holdoway, Managing Director of HPH Commercial Property, said, “Companies today are looking for ways to maximise the space available to them to ensure that their businesses operate more efficiently.

“At Woodland Industrial Estate, we are proud to have a collection of successful and varied companies that enhance the local business community.

“We keep in regular contact and build strong working relationships with our occupiers to see if there are ways in which we can support their operations. We understand that it is the relatively small details that can be the most important when it comes to business.

“We are very excited to have an opportunity for a new business to come onto the estate in Westbury and are looking forward to working closely with our existing and future occupiers.”

As landlord, HPH works closely with each of its occupiers to help support their business whilst investing in infrastructure and technology on the estate to ensure it remains an attractive prospect.
