The Auction Hub signs 10 year deal with HPH

Online auction company The Auction Hub has signed a deal with HPH Commercial Property for new premises at the Woodland Industrial Estate in Westbury, Wiltshire.

Founded by James Harvey formerly of Phillips, The Auction Hub is a UK-based online auction house with global reach, selling antique and contemporary items, fine art, cars, collectables and more.

The company, a subsidiary of Stockholm-based Auctionet which provides online auction services to over 250,000 customers across Europe, was created to provide an online auction service with traditional values and expertise, providing a solution to individuals and professionals selling whole house contents or individual items.

The Auction Hub has joined an eclectic mix of successful businesses at the Woodlands Industrial Estate including the Paper Bag Company, Prezola, A Great Read, Safari Removals, Broad Lane Land Rovers and Allstar Fitness gym.

James Harvey, Founder and Managing Director, said, “The Auction Hub is pleased to move into our new home at the Woodland Industrial Estate. Westbury is an excellent location providing a central base in the Wessex region with excellent transport routes that will enable The Auction Hub to serve both buyers and sellers.

“We would like to thank HPH for their total professionalism. Thanks to them we are two months ahead of our schedule and now ready to receive consignments for sale.”

The Auction Hub’s 10 year deal for 4,770 sq ft of newly renovated commercial floor space means that the Woodland Industrial Estate is now fully let.

HPH has invested heavily in the estate on Eden Vale Road, Westbury, renovating and modernising over 100,000 sq ft of commercial space over the past three years to suit a range of businesses.

Lindsay Holdoway, Managing Director of HPH Commercial Property, said, “At HPH we are proud to maintain excellent working relationships with our occupiers to support their business in as many ways as possible.

“The Auction Hub is a fantastic business and we are pleased to welcome them to join the thriving business community at the Woodland Industrial Estate.”
